Method
Frost the edge of a martini glassThrow in a dash of Celtic PoteenAdd a splash of Black Mountain LiqueurDrop in a few frozen raspberriesTop up with pink champagne and garnish.












Danzy Sour
Glass: Tumbler
Garnish: Lemon zest
1 large shot of Danzy Jones Wysgi liqueur
Angostura bitters
Juice from half a lemon
Ice (optional)

Method
Take your tumbler and add a little ice.
Pour in a shot of Danzy Jones and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
Next juice and zest your lemon
Throw in the lemon juice and stir
Sprinkle the lemon zest on top
















Dry Celt
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Black olive

Method
Add one shot of Celtic Poteen to a salt frosted glassGently pour the Black Mountain through the centre of the Poteen.Carefully float a black olive on the separated cocktail.
